I called in today as have been suffering from a chesty cough. Asked receptionist if any way I could see a doctor today. She was bang on and fitted me in the same afternoon. Dr Lumley was brilliant, really concerned about my welfare and spent 20 minutes sorting me out. A professional who is clearly overworked but the time spent with me today to be me as I was her only concern. Many thanks for your time and concern. Worth every star

I've witnessed this surgery go down hill for a few years. Receptionists aren't reliable. They make too many mistakes. Some have a poor attitude but so do a few of the doctors. You have to fight for your right to get something done about your health. On the other hand, some doctors and receptionists make you feel welcome and they treat you with respect. I'd summarise this surgery as adequate. Don't e or the a lot and you won't be disappointed.
